Notable achievements and strengths include the following: Process Improvement Ideation: Leverage tools at hand for improved efficiency in workflow, team cooperation and tracking of important financial data. Leadership: guide interdisciplinary team towards more efficient and orderly future state by encouraging adoption of new ideas and processes. Effectuated change in how Real Estate Strategy and Operations Division processes and tracks invoices across the enterprise. Communication: Bridge gaps in knowledge with excellence in active listening and negotiation, skills acquired through 5+ years as a teacher and 5+ years as a healthcare professional on the patient care side. Data Management/Coding: Utilize boolean coding and SQL for automation of processes. Making a positive difference in the lives of others as well as promoting cultural understanding and acceptance are both of great importance to me.
