About Casey Taylor

I design, develop, oversee, and evaluate YOVASO's statewide safe driving campaigns for member schools. I also oversee YOVASO’s Youth Advisory Council and assist with planning a week-long educational summer leadership retreat for approximately 200 students. In my position, I lead traffic safety trainings and presentations at schools across the state, and as part of traffic safety conferences at the local, state, and national level. I also write and disseminate press releases for time-sensitive campaigns and programs; foster and maintain relationships with local media and corporate sponsors; develop and oversee fundraising initiatives including Roanoke Valley Gives; and maintain and develop content for YOVASO’s social media and website.
