About Catalin Puscasu

With over 15 years of experience in supply chain management, I am a passionate and results-oriented leader who strives to optimize the performance and profitability of the business. I have a strong background in managing complex and global operations, developing and executing strategic plans, and leading cross-functional teams. I am currently the Supply Chain Director at Romstal, a leading provider of heating, plumbing, and ventilation solutions in Romania and Eastern Europe. In my current role, I am responsible for representing the supply chain division in the board of directors, creating the company's short, medium, and long-term business development plan, and monitoring all aspects of the supply chain to ensure that national and international goals are being met. I also manage several departments, such as transportation, fleet management, mechanical service, distribution, and warehousing, that are run by warehouse directors, transportation director, distribution director, and several regional managers. Some of my key achievements include setting up new supply chain processes in line with the evolving market requirements, standardizing and enhancing the service level, decreasing the order cycle time, and implementing differentiated supply chain offers to the customers. I leverage my skills in people management, communication, and operations management to deliver high-quality results and foster a collaborative and innovative culture.
