Background

About Catherine Collen

I am a strategic thinker and leader with over 15 years of client service and operational management experience in the non-profit sector. I have significant experience delivering customized client services, supporting fundraising activities, training staff and overseeing the development of internal and web-based database systems. My background in both client services and operations has given me broad-based knowledge and unique insight into the interconnectedness of systems and people, and I rely on both quantitative and qualitative information to tackle problems and make informed decisions. I am interested in forward-thinking organizations addressing challenging social issues. I am most effective working in an environment that values collaboration and prioritizes both individual and organizational learning.
