About Catherine Hodgetts

In my current role I have experience of creating shift patterns, rostering events, applying leave while ensuring adequate cover remains, processing moves from one location to another, rostering various training packages. I have also updated the system with overtime. In prior roles I worked in the Finance Department processing expenses, ordering goods and services. I was a PA prior to this role. I organised meetings, took the minutes, diary management, dealt with queries via phone, and met visitors to the office along with other general office duties such as photocopying, incoming and outgoing post etc.
