The impact busy and stressful lives can have on eating habits, weight and overall health and well-being is enormous. Incorporating my passion for wellness with my knowledge of nutrition, mindfulness, sleep and happiness, I can help bring about more balance and enable clients to thrive rather than just survive. MY TRAINING My formal training began at Otago University where I gained an BSc(Hons) in Human Nutrition and post graduate Dietetic qualification. I have worked as a Dietitian for over 25 years in both private and public sectors. Typically the clients I work with are.
