About Catherine Yaque

With 20+ years of experience spanning entrepreneurship, nonprofit management, real estate, and international business, I bring a rare combination of strategic insight and hands-on execution. As the owner of Integrated Platinum Services, I provide remote operations and executive administrative support tailored to the unique needs of mission-driven organizations. I deliver executive-level board support, managing governance, committees, membership, compliance, communications, events, and billing for nonprofits and international organizations, ensuring operational efficiency and fiscal health. I also design and implement systems that increase efficiency, improve transparency, and reduce administrative burdens, enabling leadership to focus on mission, growth, and impact. My background includes leading property development and financial management at the executive level, launching and scaling businesses in multiple countries, and coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives across sectors and regions worldwide. I thrive on building order out of complexity while supporting leadership in achieving high-impact results. Core strengths: operations management, nonprofit administration, financial oversight, client relations, project management, and cross-cultural leadership.
