With 11 incredible years at Payworks and a deep-rooted passion for people, service, and growth, I’ve had the privilege of evolving from Service Support Lead (6 years) to Team Leader (last 4 years)—supporting both clients and team members in doing their best work every day. As a bilingual leader, I bridge communication gaps and foster inclusivity across teams and clients. I thrive on mentoring, building strong team culture, and turning challenges into growth opportunities. Whether it’s coaching someone through a new skill, translating complex service issues into simple solutions, or helping the team stay focused and empowered, I’m in my element when I’m supporting others!
