Marriage and Family Therapy Intern, offering psychotherapy services in English or Spanish in the Clermont, FL area. I focus on working with couples who can't seem to communicate, have grown apart, or are struggling to move forward after major life events, including affairs; as well as individuals (teens and adults) who are struggling with anxieties, traumatic events, life changes, depression, and relational difficulties. In addition to my Psychodynamic and Emotionally Focused Therapy approaches, I can also provide specialized trauma interventions such as EMDR, ART, and RTM, as well as Hypnotherapy and Christian approaches. As an ordained minister, I have worked in counseling of individuals and couples, and facilitating small groups through the week. Prior to that, for over 10 years as a CAD Manager, I also amassed great experience in interviewing, conducting assessments, training, and managing teams. Some of my experience includes: • Professional counseling of couples and individuals (children, adolescents, young adults, adults, elderly) • Professional experience using EMDR, ART, RTM, and Hypnotherapy in counseling • Led a a team of first line of communication with visitors and those needing help • Treatment and crisis intervention plans with clients in distress after major traumas. • Tutored and counseled students, focusing on their academic paths and progress • Exceptional communication skills in both English and Spanish • Experience in leadership and counseling of individuals and groups of multi-cultural backgrounds • Conducted training sessions for individuals and groups, and created extensive training materials • Traveled to different states casting vision and successfully raising funds at different churches and small groups in preparation for starting a church • Interviewed professionals for various evaluations • Managed standards, workflow, procedures, and quality control for a team of 6 to 8 professionals
