Chandlee Lewis Offerman Chandlee is a knowledgeable and collaborative senior consultant who focuses on helping others develop leadership skills and cross-cultural competency. She is also a beginning writer of fiction. Ms. Offerman has traveled extensively on business throughout the Far East, Central Asia, Latin America, the Middle East, Africa, and the former Soviet Union. She has lived in Peru, Mexico, and Russia, and is competent in French, Spanish, and Russian. Her education includes an AB in Russian from Bryn Mawr College and an MBA with a focus on international business from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina. She has completed extensive post-MBA executive education in sales and marketing, financial management, strategic planning, and leadership development from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, the Kellogg School of Northwestern University, and the Center for Creative Leadership, respectively.
