About Chandlor Lyles

I inspire and encourage all individuals from various backgrounds to interconnect on a global scale professionally and personally. My ultimate goal within my career and life is to connect the world and bridge all gaps within international relations. Currently working within, project/product management, I have been able to open numerous doors for myself. First, I have been able to provide my organizational team different perspectives within culture where I am the only North and African American woman on my team. Second, I am able to provide new and fresh ideas with being the youngest employee on my team and lastly, I am able to bring together various individuals universally working with all continents to drive all key product development initiatives. Thus, enabling worldwide collaboration, mitigating roadblocks, and reaching new heights of technological automation within my organization. Consequently, I intend to elevate within my career and in doing so I acknowledge the major impact my personal life has had on my professional drive. Outside of my occupation, my extracurricular activities have always pushed me to my ultimate health and wellness. As a result, I am able to show up as my best self not only within my private life but professionally as well. In determining that overall health: mind, body and soul affects all aspects of one’s lives has allowed me to pinpoint the life direction I want to go in. I most desire connecting with individuals from various backgrounds and with many years of international experience I plan to obtain a doctorate degree within International relationships focusing on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) within the information technology (IT) sector.
