For more than 20 years I have been coaching professionals and students on life, stress and career-related issues to get more out of their lives. My passion, enthusiasm, drive, sharp analytical skills, intuitive approach and sincere involvement allow me to create an awareness of set patterns and bring them out of their comfort zone. To make all this work, I rely on a combination of outdoor coaching, proven career scans and workshops. I inspire people to discover their unique talents to make the right choices in their life and work. With my HR background, my life experience and my extensive work experience as a (career) coach, project manager and trainer I have during the past 20 years, established a strong track record as an excellent sparring partner, counselor and coach. I provide guidance on how to have greater influence on your personal career path, make better choices, improve your networking and personal branding skills,(of course by using LinkedIN) and how to obtain a more harmonious work life balance. Since 2010 certified and registered as Career professional by the Career Management Institute (CMI) and affiliated with the NOLOC Dutch Association for Career professionals.
