About Chari Nickerson

Chari Nickerson is an educator and facilitator who has worked in public schools, private schools and a national non-profit organization. She has recently joined the Dawson School as the Admissions Administrative Assistant. Dawson is a college preparatory day school for students in kindergarten through twelfth grade. Previously, she served as Primary Dean of Faculty and Students and Trip Faculty at the Logan School for Creative Learning whose mission is to cultivate the curiosities of gifted students. Chari possesses a cheery disposition and approachable manner that are vital tools that make her a welcoming resource and allow her to persist through difficult tasks. As a classroom leader, Chari balances high expectations, warmth and learner empowerment. As a school leader, she does the same. Chari relishes the opportunity to facilitate conversations and lead training sessions. Not only does she arrive prepared to deliver content, her ability to read a room and deliver instruction in a manner that deeply resonates with attendees is what makes learning with her highly effective.Chari is a skilled communicator.
