About Charles Bronson

Charles is an experienced salesperson, eager to win with a positive mental attitude. He demonstrates very good achievements in sales management and sales operations and has a leadership personality that inspires others. Currently, Charles is the General Manager of Staffinc. Before joining Staffinc, Charles served as the Regional Sales Head of OYO Indonesia, where he led the demand generator team for OYO Jabodetabek. Prior to OYO, he worked as a Distributor Manager for Philips Indonesia in Northern Sumatra. In this role, he was responsible for managing sales, marketing, and operations in the area. Charles successfully led the transformation process of a traditional distributor into a modern and digitalized distributor. With a strong background in sales management and operations, Charles previously held positions as a Sales Manager at Sinar Sosro and an Area Sales Supervisor at Kraft Foods. He began his career as a Salesman at Yamaha Motorcycles and a Medical Representative at Sanbe Farma. Outside of work, Charles is a proud father of three children. He enjoys traveling and playing football.
