I am an experienced manager of people, projects and processes. My work history and education is varied and has provided me with a diverse skill set, from overseeing a crew of design coordinators and adhering to a daily production schedule to running a customer success department responsible for the health and wellness of a multimillion dollar book of business. I have worked for a variety of companies, from start-ups to well established businesses with an international footprint. Though I have worked extensively in the dental field for the past 15 years and partnered with the country's largest DSOs, management has been the through line over my entire career. I am dedicated and results-driven, with experience in establishing learning management systems, both internal and customer facing, including knowledge base and content creation, video production and graphic design. I have developed the client service plan for a suite of SaaS products, through conception and branding to market launch. I excel in training and staff development, the optimization of performance metrics and QA standard, all focuses on the reduction of customer churn and maximizing revenue.
