About Charles Diaz

I specialize in developing people—especially in complex, high-pressure environments where performance, accountability, and trust matter. My background spans education, athletics, workforce training, and business operations. Across these settings, my work has centered on talent development, performance coaching, and stakeholder partnership. I’ve led individuals through growth plans, supported leaders navigating behavioral and performance challenges, and built systems that align human potential with organizational goals. As a teacher in a specialized behavioral program and a long-time football coach, I bring a coaching-forward approach to development: clear expectations, continuous feedback, data-informed decisions, and genuine care for the person behind the performance. Preventing, I worked directly in training management, employee relations, and executive-facing roles, giving me strong business fluency and operational awareness.I’m particularly drawn to roles in Talent Development, Learning & Development, and HR Business Partner functions where I can help organizations build strong leaders, resilient teams, and cultures that actually work in the real world—not just on paper.
