My responsibilities span overseeing payroll and accounting across three countries, ensuring not only financial efficiency and transparency but also strict adherence to legal compliance and corporate governance in all jurisdictions. In addition to my operational expertise, I am a Certified Pro Adviser for QuickBooks Online, which complements my proficiency in financial management and strategic planning. My academic pursuits in ERG theory during my master's program have not only deepened my understanding of employee motivation and engagement but also positioned me as a thought leader in the field.
