My experience spans sports beverages, nutrition shakes, coffee, and dairy emphasizing low acid canned foods.*As the head of Technology, I successfully tackled novel fluid food process challenges, satisfied unique plant design and build requirements, and fixed operational quirks arising from equipment modifications. As an Operations Manager, setting ambitious standards and driving efficiencies was of utmost importance.
