About Charra Luton

Charra is a PhD Counterterrorism candidate at Capitol Technology University. She is also a graduate from Mercyhurst University, where she earned her B.A. in Intelligence Studies with a Minor in Arabic and Islamic Studies. Additionally, she hold a Masters of Arts degree in Diplomacy and International Terrorism from Norwich University. With almost ten years of expertise in intelligence analysis and production, research, imaging exploitation and distribution, mission planning, and targeting to address analytical challenges across several AORs, she is a results-driven professional. She is skilled in open source research through the utilization of structured databases to identify national and transnational threats. She prides herself in the training she received in directly supporting the missions of federal diplomats, foreign officials, and federal agencies. She has professional experience dealing with terrorism, hostile intentions, unstable regimes, internal security, and national strategy and doctrine. Her overall career goal is to excel in the intelligence community as a subject matter expert in Counterterrorism.
