About Cheri Wolf

Cheri Wolf, co-founder of The Wolf and The Bee, is a dynamic, results-driven professional. Over the course of her career, she has worked for large and small companies, facilitating sales teams and surpassing advertising and signage sales goals of over $20 million per year. For more than a decade, Ms. Wolf owned and operated Ads Up Outdoor, a billboard signage company in Chicago, Illinois. Prior to starting her own business, she thrived in small and medium-sized companies which gave her direct, hands-on experience with all aspects of running a business. Over her career in the highly competitive advertising industry, Cheri learned and refined (in fact, invented her own) tactics to manage toxic workplaces, since training in this area was not readily available. The skills born out of these experiences have helped her thrive and prosper, and she brings these skills to The Wolf and The Bee. Cheri’s goal for The Wolf and The Bee is to help grow productive workplaces free of discrimination, harassment, and both micro and macro aggressions; places where workers are treated fairly, equally, and without bias that foster an environment of growth. Cheri built her career and currently resides in Chicago with her husband Nate, where they enjoy time with family, sports, and activities in the city, volunteering in the community, and yes, sampling pizza!
