In 2017, I left my corporate HR job with one desire: to build a life that felt like mine—one rooted in authenticity, connection, and transformation. Since then, I’ve coached over 300 students and professionals, facilitated workshops for mission-driven EdTech companies, and created OH SHIFT—a newsletter and platform that helps people navigate change with courage, clarity, and creative rhythm. Today, I blend strategy and soul across multiple spaces: Future of Work Advocate As a recurring voice on Tech Trap’s Future Ready Fridays and co-lead of the #LifeAfterLayoffSeries, I bring heart-centered insights to career navigation in uncertain times—spotlighting the emotional and strategic realities of reinvention. Student Success & Career Coach Through coaching, workshops, and curriculum design, I support learners and professionals in identifying aligned goals, building confidence, and sustaining momentum—even amidst transition. I specialize in learner retention, re-engagement, and clarity in a world that constantly shifts. OH SHIFT Clarity Sessions & Newsletter Creator Through my signature OH SHIFT Clarity Sessions, I help individuals break through fog, fear, or burnout and move forward with grounded vision. My newsletter and weekly “moments” explore the sacred (and sometimes messy) work of choosing yourself, especially in systems that often reward burnout, silence, or over-functioning. I’m currently seeking full-time Student Success Coach or Career Development roles in values-aligned EdTech organizations—especially those reimagining online learning and human-centered growth. I’m also open to coaching contracts and consulting engagements with organizations committed to emotionally intelligent support, clarity, and results.
