About Cheryl Lyons

Cheryl Lyons is a Virtual Assistant who works with small business owners and course creators. She specializes in helping them with administrative and graphic components of their business like, email newsletters, PDF and downloadable workbooks, and webinar assistance. Cheryl believes that with the right system and process you can eliminate stress by always knowing the next step you should take and by using software tools to help make tasks easier. As a systems management virtual assistant, most of the female entrepreneurs she works with are trying to find a balance between focusing on the tasks in their business to help them grow, taking care of their families, and making a little time to slow down to enjoy life. Cheryl helps them reduce the frustration by offering services that take on some tasks for them, and recommending ways to make their current processes run more efficiently. She firmly believes that when women come together they ignite a creative process that results in more ideas and solutions. When she is not working with successful female entrepreneurs, Cheryl uses her skills to help nonprofits organize fundraising events to raise over in her community to help families in need. In 2008, Cheryl was awarded Staff of the Year by The Boys & Girls Club of Greater Bowling Green for building and implementing systems to streamline the work processes that saved time and reduced errors. In her role as Director of Community Service, these system improvements not only helped the nonprofit, but also the Warren County District Court System. Bachelor of Science from Western Kentucky University
