About Chiara Bodini

I became interested in Purpose - of an individual and an organization - during my post-graduate MBA. Many of my fellow students were taking the course because they were trying to change sectors and careers, yet seemed unsure about what they were seeking. I have very strong intercultural and people skills, including the ability to listen and understand what drives a person, what they would be good at, what they would enjoy. I decided to codify my methodology and Beta-tested its efficacy by providing a service to my classmates. Since then, Purpose & Talent has grown from 2019 to 2024, providing a service to corporate clients and individuals seeking to identify, understand and communicate their purpose, and to individuals. Discovering one’s purpose is a powerful thing. It makes us more effective and happier, and maximizes the contribution we can provide to our society. Facilitating this is, I like to believe, my purpose.
