About Chiara Loddo

Assess I Plan I Execute My dual background in Law and Economics taught me to adapt quickly to changing needs and get the most out of limited resources. Living abroad and working in international environments has made me sensitive to cultural norms. I try to understand and learn from those who have personal perspectives and experiences different from mine, I tend to face challenges with a broad perspective and an awareness of global trends. I like problems that do not have clear solutions and I can achieve good results even in uncertain situations. Having responsibilities and the ability to flexibly define the planning and execution times of projects really motivates me. Furthermore, I find it rewarding to work with others to achieve a common goal: to me an ideal work environment should have an atmosphere of optimism and constant commitment, with colleagues who support and stimulate each other. I appreciate the coherence between words and actions, I protect confidences and I organize myself to be able to respect all the deadlines.
