About Chiara Pasini

Strategic-minded and results-driven professional with a background in International Relations and European Studies, currently working at the intersection of project management, innovation, and international cooperation. At CETENA S.p.A.(Fincantieri group), I manage and support the financial reporting and coordination of EU-funded R&D projects, with a specific focus on the European Defence Fund (EDF) and Horizon Europe programmes. My role blends project management, financial control, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment across national and international consortia. Alongside this, I serve as Partnership Development and External Relations Lead for TEDxGenova, where I build meaningful collaborations and cultivate stakeholder engagement to amplify global voices and local impact. I’m also actively involved in the Italian Red Cross, contributing to public relations, emergency planning, and international cooperation initiatives. In the past, I supported international NGOs and political campaigns in roles spanning political advising and campaign management, to support humanitarian diplomacy and advocacy efforts. I also held representational roles within the NATO framework, including as Executive Vice President of YATA International, strengthening dialogue and cooperation between youth and transatlantic institutions. Driven by a passion for international cooperation, innovation, and social impact, I bring a multidisciplinary mindset and a commitment to continuous learning to every challenge I face.
