About Chloe Carpenter

Hi, my name’s Chloe and I've spent over 17 years leading and delivering in various change, engagement and communication roles across government, infrastructure, and consultancy. My strengths are communication, embracing change, and rallying people around a common cause, especially in tricky situations. Currently, I’m navigating the complex world of corruption prevention within Queensland’s public service. Before this, I led change and inclusion teams at the Queensland Police Service and played a part in rolling out mega projects worth billions of dollars across the country. Alongside all this, I'm a Provisional Psychologist honing my skills in understanding and influencing workplace behaviours, working towards a Master's in Organisational Psychology at UQ. I also hold a Bachelor Communications, and I’m certified in public participation through IAP2, Change Management through Prosci, and Prince2 Agile project management.
