About Chloe Pieri

Since I can remember, I’ve been passionate about people and the immense difference a single person or community can make to others. From a smile and a warm ‘Hello’ that offers a positive interaction and improves someone’s day, to communities uniting together to help those in need – I believe in the profound impact individuals can have on one another. Beginning my career in the third sector further confirmed this viewpoint. I worked with over 300 volunteers supporting operations and generating nearly £1M in income. I was privileged to work with many fantastic, kind hearted and passionate volunteers across the North West during a time of significant change for the organisation. This provided an opportunity to enhance my people skills through a range of difficult conversations while also undertaking additional training in Salesforce CRM, IOSH and LEAN (bronze) processes. As the Community Engagement and Partnerships Manager at Blackpool Council, I leverage my expertise to drive meaningful change in my local community. I am particularly proud of my work establishing the community hubs during Covid-19 and more specifically my work facilitating specific pathways for the homeless community and those with multiple and complex needs. Projects I’m currently overseeing include: Blackpool Councils Net Zero work, Community Activity - Adopt an Alleyway, MOD Armed Forces Covenant, Cost of Living Outreach support, VCFSE Partnership I’m eager to connect with others who share my passion for community projects and the third sector.
