About Chloe Sullivan

I am a senior consultant with over 6 years of industry experience working in community engagement, social planning, social impact assessment, and human rights. I am also a skilled project manager, and am responsible for the successful delivery of projects of varying size and complexity. I am passionate about working with Indigenous communities, and specialise in Indigenous community engagement. I have worked with Indigenous communities in urban, regional and remote parts of Australia, and take a culturally considered and respectful approach to empowering the voices of Indigenous communities on the projects I work on. I am currently based in Darwin, and lead GHD's Northern Australian Indigenous community engagement practice. My remit includes the Northern Territory, and Far North Queensland. I manage a team of consultants across a range of disciplines. I am a fair and empathetic leader, and am passionate about creating a respectful, inclusive, and engaging workplace for my team members. I am certified with the International Association of Public Participation, and a member of Planning Institute of Australia.
