About Duncan Debono

Since completing a degree in Mechanical Engineering at Monash University's Clayton campus in 2006, I was selected to join the Ford Graduate Program in Product Development. This led the pathway to a range of roles including Test Engineering, Facility & Maintenance, Project Management, Design Engineering, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing, and Reliability Engineering. These roles supported both local Australian and Asia Pacific programs spread across 27 manufacturing locations. I then joined various skilled teams to work as an Asset Management consultant, which involved several recognised clients in the ECPM, Energy and distribution, Transportation, Water treatment, Resource and Mining industries across Australia, from Victoria's Latrobe valley to Central, Northern Queensland and Mozambique. I have worked on projects to conduct Life Cycle Analysis, developing an activity based budgets for Operational Expenditure, Total Cost of Ownership, Resource leveling and Spares analysis utilising best practices RCM and more commonly requested Maintenance Strategy Optimisation techniques. My goals are both personal and professional. I enjoy working with clients in teams great and small, developing working relationships, to achieve common goals, deliver Quality outcomes on Time and within Budget.
