About Chloe Sullivan

With 16 years experience, specialising in targeted services. Improving outcomes for children and young people, families and communities is core to my values. Facilitating and advocating for their collaboration and voice to be heard and have a meaningful impact on the development of policy, strategy and the design, delivery and commissioning of services. Working collaboratively across partnerships including, Education, Voluntary Sector Organisations, Mental Health, CCG, CSE and MACE, Community Safety, Corporate Parenting, Safeguarding and Early help, Youth Justice and Adolescent services. Engaging Children, Young people & Families, with Innovative, trauma informed approaches, walking alongside and supporting them to participate in and realise positive change. I have extensive demonstrable experience leading teams, designing and overseeing the delivery cycle of multiple programmes. Influencing and facilitating system change and cultivating the development of needs led service delivery for children and young people. I embrace challenge, am a courageous leader, willing to ask the hard questions, challenge and navigate discomfort. I am in flow developing and building WITH teams and people. An intrinsic systems and stratigic thinker, whilst dedicated to building meaningful, caring, child and person-centred relationships. Having done the personal and ongoing self work as an individual and practitioner, I practice from a lived experience of specialist targeted services and began working in the field through participating as a service user/expert by experience consultant.
