A career-driven executive manager who enjoys a challenge. Extensive experience in sales, marketing, digital, operations, and business development positions in ANZ and SEA for over 20 years. As the Executive Manager of Markets and Digital Adoption, I develop, manage, and lead the Marketing and Brand vision and strategy aligned to Terra Industrial's business plan objectives whilst improving and leading product management. Terra Cat is New Zealand’s Caterpillar dealer. We are a business built on solid ground, with 90 years of experience and a real connection to the people we work with. We supply a full range of Cat equipment, services and technology solutions, powered by people to drive tailored business solutions, enabling our customers to be safe, sustainable, productive and profitable. We call it Power On The Ground. I have a strong innovative and analytical mindset that produces solutions to problems that others may not reach, as well as a proficient communication style that enables me to converse with both individuals and groups of all backgrounds. One key attribute is my ability to quickly adapt to new situations and environments by recognising differences and leveraging them to generate greater value.
