A people orientated Retail and Hospitality Manager with 20 years’ experience in the QSR industry, and 6 years retail managemeny experience working for Screwfix as a Branch Manager. Previously, I have been responsible for a high-volume group of restaurants across Suffolk and Essex. In my current role I have been responcible for implementing solid management strategies to grow sales, build strong customer relationships and drive excellence. 2 of these stores have won Store Of The Year within my first year as transferring to the branch manager within in them. I am currently respocible for building my trade counter to reach record sales volumes and to become the busiest location in the county. Working within fast-paced, customer-centric environments I have identified and developed talented individuals to deliver high levels of customer service, in a highly competitive business I have achieved excellent results in key performance indicators (KPIs) consistently exceeding company standards. I am experienced in recognising and developing sales opportunities by focusing on root cause analysis and supporting teams to achieve their potential. As a Business Manager I achieved 50% sales growth over 3 years by motivating a team and through my passion for customer service. In the last 2 years in my career in hospitality, I oversaw the implementation of a radical new service and operations platform, taking responsibility for the training of restaurant teams, operational challenges derived from the transition, and the smooth re-opening to record sales volumes.
