I'm currently pursuing a specialized Azure cloud degree program at Western Governors University. Alongside this, I'm also working on earning multiple Azure Role-based certifications to further my expertise on the azure cloud platform. As of this writing, I've earned the AZ-104 Azure Administrator Certification and AZ-900 Azure Fundamentals Certification. My commitment to continuous learning reflects my belief in staying ahead in the ever-evolving tech landscape. In my professional life, I'm fortunate to be a part of the dynamic team at Crane Group, where I work as a Tier 1 support technician. Here, I leverage a suite of enterprise-grade solutions, including Microsoft Entra, Azure, Aruba Central, Manage Engine Endpoint Central, Active Directory, and Salesforce, among many others, to provide exceptional client support. Additionally, I'm deeply involved in streamlining internal business processes through automation, utilizing tools such as GitHub, PowerShell, Python, and Visual Studio Code (VS Code). This multifaceted experience equips me with valuable insights into IT support and the cloud computing landscape. Before this, I had the opportunity to serve as an IT intern at the Canal Winchester School District. During my time there, I played a supportive role in the setup and maintenance of the school's IT infrastructure by aiding the district-level systems administrators in installing software, efficiently managing patch cables, and contributing to the repair and maintenance of Dell and HP Chromebooks for students. I'm excited about the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead in the cloud space, and I'm always eager to connect with like-minded professionals, share knowledge, and collaborate on exciting projects.
