I am a detail-oriented professional transitioning into Software Testing/Quality Assurance, with a strong foundation in documentation, communications, and problem solving. I am incredibly adaptable, fairly unflappable, and whether it's working with Kaizen principles (during my time at Chrysler) or Scrum-based, Agile environments, I relish working effectively in collaborative workplaces. Experienced in analyzing data, managing processes, and producing accurate reports. Skilled in collaboration, defect reporting and ensuring quality outcomes. I chose to study Communications due to a curiosity for getting to know the world - and I bring that zeal to the workplace by being curious about what you do; I will try to learn everything I can about all processes in the business because that makes me effective at problem-solving, and at being a strong team-contributor. I love data so much, I work with it on my off time with Football Manager, effectively an Excel-spreadsheet and email AI simulator.
