Following 6 years in the UK and 12 years in Ireland I am currently based in Perth WA, having worked for Black Swan Health, as Disability and Psychosocial program Team Leader for 10 years, then 12 months with Ability WA as an area manager, I am now with Uniting WA individualised services team, offering mental health and disability support. I am a driven leader & manager who excels in designing and implementing new projects, and strategically directing and evaluating existing projects. I excel at building and maintaining partnerships and working collaboratively with other agencies and individuals. I take a leading role in influencing and developing policy within my own organisation, with our funded organisations and in coordinating responses to national policy issues.
