With over eight years of experience in the IT field, I am a passionate and proficient systems administrator who strives to ensure the security, efficiency, and reliability of cloud-based systems. I have a strong background in compliance frameworks, such as CIS and NIST, and I apply them to create and implement information security policies that protect the data and assets with previous employers. I also have extensive knowledge and skills in SharePoint Online and Intune, which I use to develop, plan, and maintain the tenant, configuration profiles, and device enrollments. I enjoy working with diverse stakeholders and collaborating with other IT professionals to deliver optimal solutions and support.At my previous role as a systems administrator at Hansen-Rice, I have successfully completed several projects and tasks that demonstrate my technical expertise and problem-solving abilities. For example, I leveraged Microsoft Purview resources to apply retention policies, retention labels, and more, to ensure compliance and governance of the cloud environment. I also monitored threat management tools to proactively restrict malicious activity, and I was familiar with Dark Trace's Email platform to manage configuration settings. Additionally, I used patch management tools to create and deploy OS and 3rd party patches to endpoints, and I assisted with handling the volume of help desk tickets.
