About Chris Kerman
I was first exposed to the world of water and wastwater in working as a summer student for Alcan aluminum. I attended OUC a few years later. My CO-OP work terms were completed in Nanaimo and Comox. I spent 1 year in Gibsons and then returned to Vancouver Island in 2006. I have spent the last 10 years in a senior role directing junior team members. I have volunteered with 3 amazing organizations. They are: Water Professionals International, Environmental Operators Certification Program, and Operators Without Borders. My partner Lee Tucker and I started Affordable Water Solutions a number of years ago. We continue to build capacity in our company and expand our scope of services. Most recently we began offerng wastewater courses for CEUs and onsite Operator support.
