I am a results-driven and proven strategic financial executive with extensive experience at both the corporate and operating company level. I work on planning and strategy putting thought into the way a company makes and spends money. I manage costs through process improvements, technology, and benchmarking. This is how I help the company's president and leadership team make plans and track results against those plans, both in the short-term and in the long run. Collaboration and continuous improvement are my preferred methods of working. I enjoy talking with peers and my team about the challenges we face and the ways we can improve each and every day. I have found that the knowledge obtained in these conversations have enhanced my decision support capabilities for the business as I have been able to "connect the dots" across the business. While I enjoy driving the numbers and as a peer and mentor, I also thrive on accelerating the growth and development of those around me.
