As a Paediatric Registered Nurse and Registered Manager of an Excellent-rated CIW inspected Case Management service, I bring over 20 years’ experience supporting children, young people and families with complex health needs.I specialise in clinical negligence and catastrophic injury case management within paediatrics and young adults, working alongside families, legal teams and multidisciplinary professionals to deliver safe, patient-centred, and outcome-focused care. I am deeply committed to ensuring that children and young people receive compassionate, high-quality support that promotes independence, dignity and long-term wellbeing.My national experience across diverse clinical settings, including senior and leadership roles, has strengthened my expertise in complex care coordination, clinical governance and regulatory compliance. I have extensive knowledge of CIW and CQC requirements, safeguarding frameworks and relevant healthcare legislation, ensuring services consistently meet and exceed required standards.Alongside my clinical leadership, I have experience in operational management, business development, recruitment, TUPE, workforce planning, staff retention and service growth.
