About Chris Renfroe

As a seasoned leader with 20+ years of experience in the Insurance industry, I have a proven track record of driving growth and delivering impactful results across many different sized and shaped insurance agencies. My career has been defined by my ability to cultivate and nurture meaningful relationships, identify and seize new business opportunities, and create win-win-wins for independent agents, carriers and networks. In my roles, I have successfully managed and scaled agencies, developed strategic partnerships, and led teams to achieve ambitious objectives. My deep understanding of market trends, combined with a customer-first mindset, has enabled me to create tailored solutions that elevate both client satisfaction and business profitability. Ironpeak is a network of proudly independent insurance agencies looking to build revenue, profits, and agency value. We have been doing this for over 40 years and plan to continue doing so for at least another 40! We have no monthly fees, an agency focused contract and deep relationships with our Carrier Partners. Please don't hesitate to give me a call to discuss how we could partner with your agency-Chris crenfroe@ironpeak.com 502-612-8509
