Starting my insurance career in 1983 as a CSR has allowed me to grow through the industry hitting each developmental point along the way. Through hard work and commitment, I worked my way up through the ranks and took on an underwriting role at Hanover Insurance. After building Chesapeake (now Berkley) from the ground up with a small team, I was ready to partner with The Iroquois Group as a Regional Manager in VA. I hit the ground running in 2004 with a focus on providing independent agencies with the tools they need to generate enhanced revenue, profit, and value. After 20 years with Iroquois, we are changing our name to Ironpeak and I am now a Regional Director. Ironpeak symbolizes the strength that we have achieved, the partnerships that have grown and the outstanding performance that we have had. I partner with over 100 agencies with $200M in premium.
