Chris is a skilled leader that helps organizations determine their purpose, vision, and mission as well as the systems and strategies to help them become attainable. With his background in organizational leadership, mentorship, discipleship, coaching, and personal development, Chris helps team members develop vocationally and personally while contributing their gifts and abilities to an integrative whole, creating strong teams that drive organizational success. Chris has developed strategies that have solidified local and global impact for Gospel mission, including community engagement strategies that identify and mobilize volunteer strength to meet needs in and beyond the surrounding community. Chris is adept at applying creative solutions to unique problems, leading to organizational breakthrough. Chris also helps non-profit organizations leverage resources to create sustainable cycles of function which ensure longevity. Whether utilizing existing resources to generate sustainability or creating and fostering interdependent partnerships with other organizations to assist mission and vision, Chris has been able to help multiple non-profits advance their objectives. Personally, Chris resides in southern California with his wife and three kids and enjoys every moment with his family as well as opportunities to sneak off into nature to enjoy God's creation.
