Specialist areas of interest and expertise are Diagnostics; Generational Theory and Workforce Sustainability; Reducing Health Inequalities; Digital Transformation and AI. Invited to speak at many national and international conferences, institutional and company events, AGMs, and others. Almost 40 years NHS with a clinical background in Pathology and years of senior management experience, an Executive level Transformational Leader with a proven track record of delivery within complex environments. Created Pathology and Imaging Networks in Greater Manchester in 2020 and led all the diagnostic networks in GM. Specific deliverables include digital transformation in Digital Pathology, and PACS Imaging; leading the maturity of the Pathology and Imaging Network. Leadership of complex change programmes across multiple organisations, including but not limited to PACS, LIMS, Pharmacy programmes, General Surgery reorganisation across Trusts; and organisational restructures. Designer and delivers training courses in diagnostic leadership - a highly experienced mentor, with a particular interest in leadership development, career development including interview preparation and career coaching.
