My leadership approach is rooted in strategic planning and the ability to find innovative solutions that enhance organizational value. Currently, I apply my extensive experience to the home healthcare industry at Elara Caring, where I contribute to the company’s mission of providing compassionate and high-quality care. Before joining Elara Caring, I held several key leadership roles, including Vice President of Sales for OpTech, Senior Consultant of Development for GP Catholic, and Executive Director of The Society of St. Vincent de Paul – Detroit. I also have results-oriented experience in healthcare-related mission work, having served as Director of Mission Advancement & Outreach at Guest House, Inc, which provides addiction treatment for Roman Catholic clergy and religious.
