Background
About Chris Wraith
With over 20 years of work experience in the creative arts and education sector, I am currently the Senior Academic Leadership Partner at the University for the Creative Arts (UCA), where I work with the LCCA team to enhance the organisational culture and performance of the institution. I am passionate about creative arts education. In previous roles, I was the Head of Campus at UCA Rochester and the Head of School for Further Education at UCA, where I led and supported multiple teams and projects to deliver high-quality teaching and learning, research, and outreach activities for students and staff. I have strong skills in curriculum development, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and budget management, as well as a keen interest in innovation, collaboration, and diversity. My mission is to empower and inspire the next generation of creative professionals and leaders, and to contribute to the cultural and social impact of UCA and the wider community.
