About Christian Cedeno

I started working on the BPO (Call center Industry at the age of 17 back in 2009 for Sitel. Went to College for Graphic Design but never stopped working for this industry where I was able to learn about management & recruiting processes. I used to be a part of the recruitment team for Accedo where I would be the first filter of the interview process to see if candidates qualified to move forward with testing. I then became a Product Trainer and eventually a floor manager. The opportunity with Onlelink then came along as a trainer for one of their accounts and was eventually promoted to the senior trainer being in charge of the training process for another one of their campaigns overseeing both our Nicaraguan and Colombian sites. After that, I finally had the opportunity to put into practice what I had learned in college as Digital Marketing Manager for First Rank Digital and still currently am enjoying the ride.
