I’ve led portfolios up to $295M across Africa, Latin America, Eastern Europe, and conflict/post-conflict zones, working at the intersection of diplomacy, democracy, and inclusive development. As a USAID Office Director and Program Manager, I’ve built cross-sector partnerships, championed human rights—including LGBTQI+ protections—and driven systemic reforms in some of the world’s most complex environments. My expertise spans program and project management, governance reform, public-private partnerships, localization, MEL, and national security. I bring a proven track record of building high-performing teams, mentoring local leaders, and advising policymakers on resilient, community-led solutions. Currently exploring new opportunities in international affairs, higher education, corporate social responsibility, compliance, and mission-aligned consulting.
