Hi, I’m Christina – an Organisational Psychologist, leader, and proud people geek.I help organisations, teams, and individuals thrive by blending psychology, strategy, and a deeply human-centred approach. I’m a registered Organisational Psychologist and board-approved supervisor (BAPS), and I specialise in all things OD; leadership development, culture transformation, employee engagement, coaching, change management, performance, team development, and psychometric assessment.Throughout my career, I’ve worked across large, complex environments in government, higher education, transport, emergency services, NFPs and beyond. In every setting, my goal is the same: to design and deliver evidence-based, high-impact solutions that create real, sustainable change.I’m especially passionate about leadership—developing it and living it. My own leadership style is authentic, empowering, and psychologically safe. I love building high-trust teams where people feel seen, supported, and stretched to grow.As a practitioner, I’m equal parts research nerd and creative thinker. I love data, design, psychometrics (don’t get me started), and translating complexity into clarity. And if you’re curious: I’m a HBDI thinker, an ESTJ, and a 10 Caring/10 Behavioural/8 Vigorous on OPQ. Told you I’m a chatty nerd empath!Outside of work, you’ll find me travelling the world, chasing the sun at the beach, listening to pop-punk and post-hardcore, hunting down oysters and wine, and speaking Czech (thanks, Mum and Dad). And in 2022, I stepped into my most meaningful role yet: Mum.
