About Christoffer L.

Who am I? A former handball player with a bachelor's and master's degree in HR with focus on leadership. My background in handball has left a great mark on my personal qualities, values ​and who I am as an employee and leader. I began my professional journey within the HR field, but fantastic opportunities led me to a more business-centric area, specifically project management and customer success. Where I can practice leadership and develop every day. Working alongside my employees from Norway, Finland, and Sweden, my days are continuously filled with fresh perspectives and each day offers a unique experience. I still have a foot in the HR world. Not only because Grade sells software towards HR, but also because I every year have the opportunity to lecture at Lund University in their HR program, digitalization and HR. It is a highlight for me to share my experiences and insights with the students and vice versa. I am development driven and interested in people and diversity. We can learn a lot from each other. My wish is that all employees should be both motivated and committed to their work and every day I work to make this a reality.
