I am a professional EpicCare analyst with more than twelve years of experience in the Inpatient and Ambulatory settings, and I maintain certifications for EpicCare Ambulatory, EpicCare Inpatient Clinical Documentation, EpicCare Link, SmartForms, MyChart, Kaleidoscope, Nurse Triage, and a proficiency in CareEverywhere. Aside from my current role as an Ambulatory analyst, during my career I have worked as a trainer and support person for Epic hospital and clinic go-lives throughout the United States.I currently work as a team lead for a wonderful group of analysts that support EpicCare Ambulatory, Healthy Planet, Bones, Urgent Care, and Nurse Triage. As a builder I specialize in clinical workspace configuration, SmartForm build/design, user security, patient-entered questionnaires, and e-Prescribing.My diverse background of liberal arts education, customer service, and technical support enables me to engage with end users in a dynamic and friendly way.
